Shipping policy
Please Allow 5-7 Business Days for Shipping. Each and every order is carefully prepared and shipped by THURL.
During product launches, limited drops, restocks, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified via email. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery estimates and updates are provided by the carrier and may or may not be guaranteed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. THURL is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or any additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us via email immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Include photos and other evidence and our team will investigate.
International shipping available in select locations. Shipping rates, custom duties, taxes, and delivery times may vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
